Our fresh truffles are carefully selected and preserved to maintain their exceptional taste.

  • Carefully packed & preserved in air tight glass jar.
  • Each jar contains 35 grams of fresh black truffles.
  • 2-3 whole truffles of the incredible Tuber Avestium variety.
  • Preserved with a small amount of water and salt in every jar to prevent them from drying out.

Our truffles have a slightly stronger taste than many others on the Australian market and we always recommend sparingly adding truffles slowly to reach your desired taste.

Excellent substitute for fresh truffles

When in Florence recently we had dinner in a pasta restaurant where they cooked pasta in a Parmesan wheel with brandy, cream, truffle oil and shaved fresh truffle on the top. It was the best thing we ate in Europe in 6 weeks. I wanted to try to recreate this at home, and while probably not identical, it still tasted amazing at home using these preserved truffles.
