Refund policy

At Pure Wild, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality truffles. However, we understand that there may be situations where a product is faulty, and we are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free refund process.

If you have received a faulty truffle product from us, please notify us immediately as we accept returns within 30 days of purchasing. Contact us by emailing our customer service team at office@purewild.com.au  Please provide your order number, the product(s) you are returning, and the reason for the return.

If you have mistakenly purchased a product, chosen the wrong size or wish to change or cancel your order then please get in contact with our team. We will do our very best to accommodate every situation as we understand how hard things can be at times.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange shipping back to our office and a restocking fee of 10% will apply to all orders unless they are faulty damaged.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
