Scrambled Eggs with fresh truffles

The ingredients you will need for this recipe (1 person):

  • 2 – 3 eggs
  • Salt, according to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon of Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil
  • Bread or toast
  • ½ black truffle


  1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, add salt and whisk the eggs together.  Heat a pan over medium heat and add Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the whisked eggs, stirring them constantly.

  2. Once you’re happy with the scrambled egg texture, take them off the heat.

  3. Serve them on a plate on top of your bread or toast, then shave half a black truffle over the top of your eggs.

  4. For additional truffle flavour, drizzle some Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil.

Pure Wild's oils are quite pungent, so a little drizzle goes a long way. Enjoy!
