Roasted Asparagus with Black Truffle Salt
Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Olive oil or Pure Wild's black or white truffle olive oil
- Pure Wild's black truffle salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
- Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on your pan
- Drizzle the asparagus with olive oil or Pure Wild's truffle oil
- Sprinkle black truffle salt and pepper over the asparagus
- Roast your asparagus for 10 minutes or until ready
Just before serving your asparagus, sprinkle additional truffle salt that will bring a touch of luxury to a simple vegetable dish.
