Fettuccine with Black truffle mushroom sauce
Ingredients:
- Fettuccine pasta
- Olive oil or Pure Wild's truffle oil (black or white)
- 1 shallot or half an onion
- ¼ of cream
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons Pure Wild's black truffle sauce
- Salt & pepper according to taste
- Fresh parsley for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions
- While the pasta cooks, put the oil in a pan, add a shallot or onion and fry until softened
- Add the cream and truffle sauce and bring the mixture to a simmer, then finally add the parmesan cheese
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the sauce and decorate with fresh parsley if desired
