Scrambled Eggs with fresh truffles
The ingredients you will need for this recipe (1 person):
- 2 – 3 eggs
 - Salt, according to your taste
 - 1 tablespoon of Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil
 - Bread or toast
 - ½ black truffle
 
Directions:
- Crack the eggs into a small bowl, add salt and whisk the eggs together.  Heat a pan over medium heat and add Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil. Once the oil is hot, pour the whisked eggs, stirring them constantly.
 - Once you’re happy with the scrambled egg texture, take them off the heat.
 - Serve them on a plate on top of your bread or toast, then shave half a black truffle over the top of your eggs.
 - For additional truffle flavour, drizzle some Pure Wild's black or white truffle oil.
 
Pure Wild's oils are quite pungent, so a little drizzle goes a long way. Enjoy!
